Made Jewelry or special ordered merchandises
Once Ordered, there are NO
Refund or Exchanges. Since it is made especially
for YOU or ordered especially for
you (usually in quantity) there are NO Refund
or Exchanges.
For jewelry, In the event you
want to change the engraving after the order has been
placed, there will be a charge depending
on the change. (minimum of $30.00 each item)
Ready Made
Jewelry, Clothing, or other items
Once Shipped, If returned within 7
days after delivery and in resellable condition,
there will be a 25%
Restocking Fee for any returns. You must
call for Return number before you ship item back.
Shipping Charge will NOT be refunded in any case. After
7 days past delivery,
there will be NO REFUND AT ALL.
Exchange
Policy
You can exchanges items if it's new
and with tags in place within 7 days of reception of your items.
You must
call for Return number before you ship item . Shipping charge
for exchange items are your responsibility both ways. For rates shipping
items back to you, please goto shipping
page. Exchanges can only be done once for any item you purchased.

There are NO REFUNDS. Please make
